InGaAs雪崩光電探測器
F-tone Networks提供雪崩光電探測器(APD)比帶放大光電探測器(PIN),同樣帶寬下具有更高的靈敏度和更低的噪聲,因此非常適合用于低光功率應(yīng)用,一般而言,雪崩光電二極管利用內(nèi)部增益機制提高靈敏度。在二極管上施加高反向偏壓產(chǎn)生強電場。當一個入射光子產(chǎn)生一個電子空穴對時,電場使電子加速,導致由碰撞電離產(chǎn)生次級電子。所產(chǎn)生的電子雪崩將產(chǎn)生幾百倍的增益,用乘法因子M表示,M因子與反向偏壓和溫度有關(guān)。M因子隨溫度降低而增大,隨溫度升高而減小。因此我們所有雪崩光電探測器都提供溫度補償,無需外置溫控。目前我們只提供光纖耦合的雪崩光電探測器(APD),這些探測器的集合覆蓋從可見到近紅外(1100-1700 nm)的感應(yīng)范圍;請參考下表我們每個光電二極管指標,了解每個探測器的確切探測范圍。
