脈沖光調(diào)制器
F-tone Networks提供的半導體調(diào)制器,是一款高動態(tài)脈沖型強度調(diào)制器,主要工作原理是在半導體芯片的兩端鍍有增透膜(AR),這樣當增益區(qū)加載電流時就不會產(chǎn)生反饋激光,而只對輸入光進行放大。當對半導體增益區(qū)進行高速電流調(diào)制時,就用會使半導體增益工作在脈沖放大模式。依據(jù)其工作原理F-tone Networks開發(fā)出一款高速脈沖調(diào)制半導體放大器,采用特殊電流波形管理使其輸入電脈沖波形高度還原至調(diào)制光脈沖波形,調(diào)制消光比高達50dB,豐富軟件功能可設置脈沖寬度與重復頻率,主要用于&OTDR、B OTDR、激光雷達、激光測距、MOPA光纖激光器系統(tǒng)。
