描述
SFF-8643 8i是一款72針高密度MINI SAS連接器，采用通常用于內(nèi)部連接的塑料體接口，主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)HD SAS內(nèi)部互連解決方案。典型應(yīng)用是SAS HBA與SAS驅(qū)動(dòng)器子系統(tǒng)之間的內(nèi)部SAS鏈路。SFF-8643符合SAS3.0規(guī)范，支持12Gbps數(shù)據(jù)傳輸協(xié)議。
SFF-8639，即U.2，是一款68針驅(qū)動(dòng)器接口連接器，用于連接Multilink SAS驅(qū)動(dòng)器或PCIe驅(qū)動(dòng)器（包括硬盤(pán)驅(qū)動(dòng)器和SSD驅(qū)動(dòng)器等）。高速低延遲低功耗，支持NVMe標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)議，并且走的是PCI-E 3.0 x4通道，理論傳輸速度高達(dá)32Gbps。同時(shí)，U.2不但能支持SATA-Express規(guī)范，還能兼容SAS、SATA等規(guī)范。
